Hope you’re having a wonderful day! Here are the things that have changed in CareApp in the last month. We are also working on a bunch of big new features that we can’t wait to to show you soon.
Comments in Insights
We’ve added a Recent Comments box to Insights, allowing Provider Administrators and Site Coordinators to easily see the new comments added to your posts. Click on a comment and CareApp will open up the post, so you can see the full conversation in context.
We have also added a new Comments tab to Insights, allowing you to export all the comments added for your own uses.
Fixes and Improvements
- Fixed an issue when creating Customer Lists
- Fixed an issue with post sharing for some Team Members with Access All Customers permission
- Fixed an issue when Provider Administrators uploaded Customer profile images
- Changed how and when we send Monthly Activity Emails
- Kept up to date with all the dependencies we use to build CareApp, to keep things running smoothly
