CareApp’s Easy and Beautiful Summer continues, as we work to make the core CareApp experience easier, more useful, and more beautiful. We are about to take a short break for Christmas and New Year, but are looking forward to getting back and making CareApp even better in 2025!

Here are the latest updates:
Notification Screen Improvements
We have changed the order you see notifications on the notifications screen. Now, notifications that are awaiting your action, such as sharing new unshared posts, are shown at the top of the notifications list. Informational notifications are shown after, even for newer items. This makes it much quicker and easier to moderate and approve content posted to CareApp.
Notice Pinning
We have changed the default duration to pin notices to 2 weeks, and added an option to pin forever.
Creating Memoriam Slideshows
We have made changes to the memoriam slideshow creator. We now show all photos added to posts for the customer, and allow you to select directly from any of these images.
CareApp Mobile Enhancements
- Improvements to the UX for sharing posts with family
- Improvements to the app’s performance when scrolling through the feed
- Added the ability to quote-reply to messages
- You can now select all sites when posting notices
- Fixed opening links from these release notes
CareApp Web Enhancements
- We now show the Top 20 moments on insights, rather than the top 3
- Improvements to the UX for sharing posts with family
- The members screen now allows you to filter users by their role
- Better indication of progress when exporting data from Insights
- Updates to the user experience and language used in Wellbeing Checks
- Improvements to the Edit Post screen
- You can now edit and remove posts from the Top Moments on Insights
- Fixed an issue where users could sometimes be left on an empty sign in screen
- Improvements to the What’s New screen, which you may be reading right now
- Updated the language used on the New Note screen
- Tidied up some language around sharing with family
- Visual indication a team member is in a customer’s community list because they are assigned to all customers
- Improved the language used in the account recovery / password reset flow
